yifordlighting.com strives to provide our customers with an excellent shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your products order from us, you may request to return the merchandise for a refund within 30 days of the invoice date.
Return and exchange policy.
* A request for return may be submitted by contacting your Account Manager or email us directly at info@yiford.com
* All returns must be preapproved by yiford.com
* Returned merchandise needs to be in original packaging and condition. Make sure to include all materials, manuals, instructions, etc. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to products missing materials or no longer in original condition.
* Please allow 3-5 business days to see a refund on your PayPal Account/Credit Card statement.
* We do not refund shipping.
* COD (collect on delivery) and Freight Collect packages will not be accepted.
* We have a 30-day exchange policy. We will only exchange items if the value of the item(s) you are returning exactly matches the value of the item(s) you want to exchange them for.
* Shipping for exchange is paid by buyer.
* For warranty returns passed the 30 days, please email us, our specialist will contact you soon with the best possible support.
* For return and exchange made out of non-sale party’s responsibility, return shipping charges and possible taxes are paid by the buyer.
* We recommend that customers carefully read the product specifications before purchasing it. If possible, it is advisable to purchase a small amount of samples before buy in large quantity.

Custom Orders, Large Orders, and Non-Returnable Items
* Please order small quantities of LEDs and LED products to test for suitability in your application before ordering large quantities.
* A 15% restocking fee may apply to orders in big quantities, orders with missing materials or merchandise not in original packaging and condition.
* Some products that Open package is deemed to have been used, like the surface-mount LED chips cannot be returned if the package has been opened. Products in this kind will be specified in product page.
* Customized or special-order products are not eligible for returns. This includes custom-length light strips and custom-printed panels, or any products that made to your special requests.
